We are seeking an RN Cath Lab to join our team! You will be responsible direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care.
Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
- Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree - Nursing - Preferred
- Degree: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing - required
- Experience: 1 year - required
- License: RN - required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) License/Certification
Job Responsibilities
- Educates patients and their families on how to manage their illness or injury, including post treatment home care needs and medication administration.
- Uses critical thinking skills to assess and evaluate patient's physical, psychosocial and emotional needs.
- Develops and implements individual plans of care in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team in accordance with the established guidelines and standards of nursing care. Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
- Evaluates patient's response and modifies plan of care accordingly throughout the patient's stay.
- Participates in activities that promote safety, quality and regulatory compliance. Participates in professional development and lifelong learning.

- Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned.

- Monday - Friday
- 10 Hour Shifts, 4 Days per Week
- 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Level 1 STEMI Accreditation!
