On Call Rotation
Coordinates the Resident Assessment Inventory (RAI) process to ensure that comprehensive assessments are completed timely and that each resident has an appropriate individualized plan of care. Coordinates and instructs certified nursing assistants, charge nurse, treatment nurse and medication aides. Ensures the programs meet guidelines and are updated per regulation. Ensuring Daily productivity of all direct care staff is being met.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure is required. CPR (BLS) certified required or willingness to obtain the certification.
