The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 45 year old Home Health agency that is growing and looking to hire Baylor Registered Nurses in HillsboroughCounty Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Mondays. Full Time, competitive salary and benefits. Oasis Experience a plus.
- One year or more of hospital, SNF, or high acuity setting, or previous Medicare home care experience
- Knowledgeable and proficient clinical skills
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- HCHB experience a plus
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will work with referral sources from the healthcare community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families in their homes. You will be responsible for completing an initial assessment of the patient to determine home care needs, developing and implementing a plan of care for each patient while using VNA of Florida's case management model
