RN Assistant Director of Nursing

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Carlyle Senior Care team as our Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). The ADON is responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing in assessing resident care needs and implementing appropriate action. The Assistant Director of Nursing is also responsible for planning, organizing and assisting in directing the overall operation of our Nursing Services Department in accordance with current Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations.

Requirements for the Assistant Director of Nursing:

• Must be Registered Nurse
• Long Term Care experience is desired
• Willingness to be in the on-call rotation
