RN Assessment Coordinator (RNAC)

Quality Life Services- Markleysburgis seeking aRegistered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC)who wants to make a difference in the lives of older adults. As anRNACyou'll be part of a collaborative team whose energy, communication and dedication are valued and rewarded. The ideal candidate would possess a current, valid Register Nurse License, have experience with MDS assessments, and enjoys working with people. As anRNACyou would be responsible for:

• Scheduling and overseeing all resident MDS Assessments
• Participating in the pre-admission process to determine potential residents' levels of care
• Reviewing all MDS assessments and related forms to certify timely completion
• Analyzing Quality Indicator reports for potential resident concerns and problems
• Participate in the Quality Assessment and Assurance Program
• Understand and follow Resident Care Plans
