SalaryWe're seeking a dynamic Administrative Supervisor to ensure top-notch, cost-effective patient care at area hospitals. As the designated administrator on-site, you'll coordinate care across departments and sites, creating a seamless experience for patients, families, and physicians.
Essential Functions:
Coordinate patient disposition and bed assignments
Provide clinical support and assist with staffing decisions
Implement cost-effective staffing and resource allocation strategies
Foster a professional environment and provide conflict resolution
Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
Serve as administrator in the absence of on-site leadership
Respond to code situations and coordinate projects as needed
Education & Experience:
Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
Minimum three years of acute care hospital experience with leadership abilities
Previous supervisory experience required
Current Washington State RN Licensure, AHA BLS, and ACLS certification required
Other Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate with patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals
Physical Demands:
This position requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting patients weighing over 50 pounds
