SalaryTo perform the duties and responsibilities of the daily operations of the Nursing Office. The RN Shift Supervisor must be responsive and strategic with scheduling to ensure compliance with staffing regulations and maintain a positive attitude.
- A graduate from accredited school of nursing.
- A Registered Nurse with current and unencumbered Registered Nurse Licensure.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Previous supervisory experience and long-term care experience preferred.
- Genuine desire to work with the elderly.
- Ability to handle numerous projects/problems with high degree of accuracy and organization.
