RMA Manager

Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment to ensure that customers’ build requirements are understood and disseminated; roll up feedback and respond appropriately to these requests. Manage and execute predefined processes.
Responsibilities:
- Works with internal and external customers to manage NCR/RMA materials.
- Leads internal team to complete assigned task in a timely manner.
- Prioritizes work and delegates activities according to business priorities.
- Provides training to staff in RMA receiving and discrepancy groups.
- Resolves RMA related issues working closely customers and suppliers.
- Inspects product and confirms condition as stated on RMA.
- Provides suggestions on departmental improvements.
- Oversees sorts product in RMA.
- Reports discrepancies to supervisor.
- Manages repackaging of product as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with all transactions, both physically and systemically.
- Detail oriented. Including records and communication retention, process documentation, et al.
- Ability to work in a mixed office/manufacturing environment, including continuous standing, sitting, typing, lifting, etc..
- Ability to work as business needs require which may include long days, occasional evenings and weekends, and occasional travel for business meetings or training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
