Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Business Analyst who interface between with business users and IT for collaboration on reporting requirements, support, application improvements and project.
- Perform implementation/analysis of reporting requirement, policy and procedures as it relates to end user computing.
- Development and maintenance of End User policy and procedure and best practices.
- Coordination with various business lines and management regarding end user computing to effectively support business functions.
- Work with in-house developers to provide business units with reporting requirements
Qualifications
- BS in Accounting/Finance preferred or equivalent and 8-10+ years of experience.
- Experience with Market/Credit Risk Management systems or processes is highly desired.
- Knowledge of derivatives products such as IRS, FX options, Energy derivatives, and Credit derivatives.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as Dodd-Frank for these products is also highly desired.
- Strong analytical skills
- Must have knowledge of Oracle reporting products
- Must have business analyst experience
- Working knowledge of IT systems
