Project Risk Manager (Kuwait-Middle East)

As part of the expansion project of the KUWAIT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, INECO, you will be responsible for Project Risk management, start-up and operational transition, with the purpose of increasing airport capacity, through the construction of a new terminal of more than 700,000 meters ², the construction and expansion of the runways and associated infrastructure.

As Project Risk Manager, you will:

- Verify, predict and advise on the risks that affect the Project, providing solutions to those contingencies that may have an economic, quality or deadline impact.

- Prepare and implement the Risk Management Plan (PGR) during the construction process, maintaining permanent control of both quantitative and qualitative risks.

- Promote and participate in the dissemination of knowledge in the Company.

- Lead the risk management team of the Project Management Consultant for the expansion of the Kuwait airport.

- Develop and optimize the Risk Management Plan.

- Identify the risks both in the different packages and those that affect the program itself.

- Follow up on them through interactions and meetings with the rest of the technical team.

- Optimize, monitor and update the different risk registers.

- Prepare risk reports dedicated to specific risks as well as the impact of the identified risks on the entire program.

For the Project Risk Manager position, the following are required:

-University qualification as Industrial, Civil or Aeronautical Engineer.

-Knowledge at a technical and project management level in the area of risk assessment.

-Minimum professional experience of 15 years, of which they have worked in Construction, Airport Construction and/or Airport Project Management, and/or other sectors in Risk Manager or similar positions.

-High English level (C1-C2)

-Immediate incorporation availability.

-Availability to live in Kuwait for the duration of the employment contract.

Desde IMAN Global Consulting, Consultoría de Selección de puestos medios y directivos/as, perteneciente a empresas IMAN, buscamos para INECO, empresa líder en soluciones integrales e innovadoras con más de 55 años de trayectoria, a un/a PROJECT RISK MANAGER para un megaproyecto aeroportuario en KUWAIT (MEDIO ORIENTE).

Como parte del proyecto de ampliación del AEROPUERTO INTERNACIONAL DE KUWAIT, INECO, serás responsable de la gestión de riesgos del proyecto, puesta en marcha y transición operativa, con el propósito de aumentar la capacidad aeroportuaria, mediante la construcción de un nuevo terminal de más de 700.000 metros ², la construcción y ampliación de las pistas y de las infraestructuras asociadas.

Como Project Risk Manager, podrás:

- Verificar, prever y asesorar acerca de los riesgos que afecten al Proyecto, dando solución a aquellas contingencias que puedan tener afectación económica, de calidad o de plazos.

- Elaborar e implementar el Plan de Gestión de Riesgos (PGR) durante el proceso constructivo, llevando un control permanente de los riesgos tanto cuantitativos como cualitativos.

- Promover y participar en la difusión del conocimiento en la Compañía.

- Liderar el equipo de gestión de riesgos del Project Management Consultant de la ampliación del aeropuerto de Kuwait.

- Desarrollar y optimizar el Risk Management Plan.

- Identificar los riesgos tanto en los diferentes paquetes como aquellos que afectan al programa en sí.

- Realizar el seguimiento de los mismos a través de interacciones y reuniones con el resto del equipo técnico.

- Optimizar, supervisar y actualizar los diferentes registros de riesgos.

- Elaborar informes de riesgos dedicados a riesgos específicos como al impacto de los riesgos identificados en la totalidad del programa.

Para la posición de Project Risk Manager, se requiere:

-Titulación universitaria como Ingeniero Industrial, Civil o Aeronáutico.

-Conocimientos a nivel técnico y de gestión de proyectos en el área de evaluación de riesgos.

-Experiencia profesional mínima de 15 años, de los cuales, se hayan desempeñado en Obra, Obra Aeroportuaria y/o Project Management de Aeropuertos, y/u otros sectores en posiciones de Risk Manager o similar.

-Nivel de inglés Alto (C1-C2)

-Disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata.

-Disponibilidad para vivir en Kuwait el tiempo de duración del contrato de trabajo.
