Position Description
E-J is seeking an Administrative Assistant in our LIC office, reporting to, and working closely with their Vice President of Risk Management and Compliance. The ideal candidate possesses natural organizational skills, has a strong professional foundation, and enjoys taking initiative. The day-to-day responsibilities would entail:

• Managing all aspects of company related claims including preparing responses to legal requests, subpoenas, etc.
• Attending Claim Review meetings
• Managing Claim Loss Runs
• Interfacing with various levels of personnel
• Creating and managing claim and compliance files - both electronic and hard copy
• Attending claim meetings
• Ensuring accurate Compliance related documentation

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience (a plus, but not required)
• Highly motivated team player
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to foresee needs before they arise and come up with solutions to problems quickly
• Must be Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
