Risk Management Mission Assurance Assessor
Key Role:
Conduct antiterrorism and Risk Management assessment for the Army client. Evaluate antiterrorism plans, policies, and procedures related to Risk Management and emergency response at the senior executive level. Manage the application of analytical antiterrorism Risk Management principles that enable organizations to achieve Mission Assurance by preparing for, preventing, mitigating, responding to, and recovering from emergencies. Develop and track progress of critical asset lists, Risk Management framework, and protection effort synchronization. Evaluate threat mitigation plans for critical asset's ensuring program compliance and protection of critical capabilities, assets, and activities (C2A2). Work directly with the client to assess plans and policies to protect critical sites, ensure protection effort coordination with other Army protection programs, and validate classified and confidential reports of threat and hazard mitigation plans and residual risk identification towards personnel and facilities.
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with working in a professional environment
-Experience as an Antiterrorism Officer (ATO) and conducting Mission Assurance assessment or DoD inspections of installations
-Knowledge of DoD, Army Protection Programs (APP), and Risk Management
-Ability to analyze documents and artifacts to determine program compliance and risk levels
-Secret clearance
-Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
-Experience with providing briefings, presentation, and training to senior leadership
-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,200.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
