Pay starts at $30 to $35/ hour with CDL valid in Colorado and is based on experience.

We are actively seeking experienced CDL A or B drivers with Concrete Pump Operation Experience.

Concrete pumping is a technical field of work in the sense that one must handle complex concrete mixing and pumping machinery, while ensuring that all safety measures and precautions are executed. One must be physically dexterous, with exceptional mechanical aptitude and the will and ability to work outdoors for long periods of time.

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure that Concrete Pumps are according to DOT regulations (checking brakes and fluid levels etc.).
• Fill water tanks before each project and ensure that all valves are properly secured and shut.
• Drive Concrete Pump Trucks to and from each project site in a punctual and responsible manner.
• Evaluate site conditions and work with contractors or supervisors to set up the truck safely.
• Operate boom and Concrete Pump to place concrete in desired locations, placing special focus on customer specifications.
• Load and unload Concrete Pump attachments and ensure that all associated tools are stored safely and ready for future use.
• Clean/ maintain Concrete Pumps at the end of each day to ensure that they remain in good working condition to minimize breakdowns and downtimes as well as to display a clean professional appearance.
• Ascertain that all safety and precautionary measures are put into place before, during and after each project.
• Coordinate efforts with supervisors or contractors to ensure that owed payments are managed as soon as the work is finished.

Required Skills:

Must possess a valid commercial driver’s license (either Class A or B), and a current DOT medical certificate. Manual endorsement preferred. Good communication/ listening skills, a mechanical aptitude, recent professional experience using a manual transmission, and Pump Truck operation experience are all a must. We offer $3 - 5K Sign on bonus after 90 days depending on experience,
being liable reliable and maintenance of the pump.
