About the Role:
Work cross-functionally to support the continued development, implementation, and oversight of the organization's Risk Management Program with both internal and external partners. Report and assess risks with the help of tools and direction provided by management and will develop and analyze reports throughout the organization
What You Will Do:

• Represent Compliance department and help with implementation and onboarding of new partners and products.
• Assist in the oversight of the risk management program. This includes advising on Regulatory requirements / risks and transaction testing to ensure compliance.
• Review and approve collateral (e.g., marketing materials, collections correspondence, etc.)
• Assist in the development and enhancement of the risk management policies and procedures as
• Monitor, review, and develop risk reports in an appropriate way for different
• Design and manage the implementation of risk management process for the organization including complex risk assessments involving analyzing risks and identifying, describing, and estimating the risks
• Perform problem management, resolution, escalation of issues as
• Act as a subject matter expert in designated Risk discipline
• Networks with senior internal and external parties.

What You Will Need:

• Seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of Consumer and CML Credit regulations (Ex. Reg Z, UDAAP, Reg B, FCRA, SCRA, etc.). This position does not overlap with BSA / Fraud Compliance.
• Fair Lending oversight experience (ECOA, Disparate Impact testing, Risk Model reviews) is preferred.
• Develops solutions to complex problems where analysis of situations and/or data requires evaluation.
• Resolves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions. Fully qualified career-oriented, journey-level position.
• Determines best approach to achieve results and provides suggestions to improve policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Typically, 4+ years Regulatory Compliance experience with bachelor's or equivalent.
  Salary range: $57,582.12 - $106,345.10
  The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
