SalaryJob tasks may include any type of government permits, Railroad permits, professional services or other work activities. It is 100% remote with no need for travel. We also offer a flexible schedule should you have an emergency or other event going on during work hours.
The Candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written. The Candidate must have the experience to perform the real estate and contract functions required by a specific project, including, but not limited to title research, drafting of legal property descriptions, understanding of survey and survey processes, the ability to research property values, negotiate and resolve complex real estate or contractual issues, review agreements and analyze file information to develop negotiation strategies. The Candidate must have the experience and ability to manage multiple projects and achieve efficiencies between similar project assignments. The Candidate must be computer literate including the ability to effectively utilize standard business and data management software. The Candidate may perform other assigned duties, as required. State real estate license is preferred.
