```Duties```
- Operate amusement park rides and attractions in a safe and efficient manner
- Ensure the safety of all guests by following ride operating procedures and protocols
- Assist guests in boarding and disembarking rides
- Provide clear and concise instructions to guests regarding ride safety rules
- Monitor ride equipment for any malfunctions or issues and report them to maintenance
- Handle transactions for ride tickets and wristbands
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of ride area
```Qualifications```
- Excellent public speaking skills to effectively communicate with guests
- Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations with guests in a calm and professional manner
- Lifeguard or first aid certification is a plus
- Theater or performance experience is a plus
- Experience working with children is preferred
- Events management experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive guest experience
- Food service experience is a plus
- Ability to provide excellent guest services by being friendly, helpful, and attentive
