U.S. Salary Range:
$96,000.00 - $132,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.

- Passionate in high frequency RF (radio frequency) high power generator and match creation and application.
- Passionate in project management, great interpersonal communication, and presentation skills, great can-do and make it happen attitude.
- Passionate to learn and proactively leverage all resources to solve new, unique, difficult, and different problems.
- Perform RF generator and match interact with RF plasma test and measurement data collection.
- Perform statistics data analysis, provide comprehensive reports for technical and business team make decisions.
- Perform field failures root causes analysis, corrective actions, and provide communication package to cross function teams to solve field issues. Proactively In conjunction with process, software, mechanical, quality and reliability, design for manufacturing and testing, business operations and global brand manufactures proactively deliver high volume products just in time. Assist in development of electrical product specifications, qualification plan, test coverage, test parameters, and pass/fail criteria.
- 2+ years' experience or equivalent in electrical circuit creation, PCB layout, RF components debedding, RF modeling and simulation, statistical analysis, software coding, Ethernet communications.
- RF test and measurement equipment VNA, spectrum analyzers, power meters, RF couplers, oscilloscope.
- MSEE, MSCS or equivalent preferred.
