Shift: 1st shift
Principal Accountabilities:

• Provide customer service and technical support to end-users for hardware and software.
• Diagnose, research, and resolve routine end-user issues in a timely manner through established protocol and troubleshooting; escalate as necessary.
• Provide guidance and explain policies and procedures to end-users.
• Communicate and translate technical information to non-technical end users; maintain communication and monitor incident through resolution.
• Train customers on new devices and technologies.
• Install software on new or existing devices, in accordance with standard procedures, utilizing EUS Team as needed.
• Assist in the set-up of new equipment and devices.
• Assist users in obtaining access to systems.
• Contribute to documentation of incidents, internal processes and procedures, maintenance of equipment, and training manuals.
• Assist in the tracking of hardware and software inventory.
• May track and update IP numbers and data-jack numbers.
• Assist and interact with hardware and software vendors.
• Support ad-hoc duties as requested.
• Knowledge, Skills, Education and Experience:
• Fluent in Excel, Word, Emails and outside website for customers.
• Basic Math Skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using computers.
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate towards common goals.
• Ability to work independently and stay on task without frequent supervision.
• Must be able to work occasional overtime and weekends, have good attendance and flex to changes in shift start times.
• Typical Working Conditions: Associates will work around equipment, such as conveyors and fork trucks. Other exposures found in a distribution center such as high-level noise and dust may exist for this position.
  Physical Demands: There is a lot of sitting and typing, and occasionally lifting up to 50lbs when required to do floor work.

Hiring Range:
$14.35 USD - $17.94 USD per hour
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
