ENTRY LEVEL INTERIOR DESIGNER OPENING. MUST HAVE REVIT EXPERIENCE.
In this role you will develop store block, architecture, fixture and merchandise floor plans using Revit software for retail store layout plans.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Real Estate Team to adapt current design and layout standards to proposed building sites for Real Estate Committee review.
- Work with architects and vendors to create the construction documents
- Apply specific direction from Store Planning Manager to create preliminary and final architecture and fixture floor plans for basic new store projects.
- Collaborate with Store Environment team to coordinate graphic installation plan (GIP) for a successful store project execution.
- Perform merchandise fixture takeoffs for Purchasing using Revit software.
- Utilize the Store Planning database to record site specific store data.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Interior Design or related field
- Entry level experience
- Revit experience required
- Ability to manage multiple projects and strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
