Automotive Apprentice Technician/Mechanic

Willing to train! No experience required! We provide training and offer assistance with continued education and certification as a BMW technician.

Pay Range: $20-24/hour depending on experience

What Winning Looks Like:

Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, have a strong work ethic, and the ability to grow into a leadership position. Additionally, they will be able to:

• Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters
• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels
• Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison

Skills Needed to Win:

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
• Experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid in-state driver's license
• Pass a motor vehicle report and possess an acceptable safe driving record
