Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 per year
Seeking a skilled and experienced VDC/BIM Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating CAD/Revit files to meet company standards, creating and maintaining Navisworks models for clash detection, and collaborating with project teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Process CAD/Revit files to meet company standards for coordination.
Create and maintain Navisworks models for clash detection during coordination meetings.
Modify, redesign, and comment on engineering plans and prepare documentation for construction.
Collaborate with all members of the project team towards their core objectives.
Draft and edit plans in accordance with the construction team and end-users.
Identify and coordinate prefabrication assemblies/components with the project team.
Organize and file all design documents after estimating turnover.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Multiple years of experience in a similar role in the electrical construction industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
Ability to assist with all phases of a project from schematic design through construction documents.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Electrical field experience is a plus.
Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
