Role and responsibilities
- Invoicing customers for complex service contracts and other sales
- Resolve, manage issues from Field Service Organization, Account Management and Customers
- Approve set up of new service contracts
- Track compliance and fulfillment of service contracts utilizing ServiceNow tool
- Assist on preparation of month end reporting to parent company each month end close
- Execution and improvement of our internal control framework and SOX controls for the applicable customer service processes in USA
- Contribute to closing process related to service contracts each month end
- Evaluate existing processes and identify efficiencies and areas of improvement
Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance and/or business economics or equivalent experience
- Knowledge/hands on experience with Oracle
- Advanced excel skills
- Knowledge and experience with US GAAP and IFRS;
- Affinity with internal controls, SOx, reporting, data analytics and continuous monitoring;
- Affinity with end-to-end process optimization;
