Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Revenue Enablement Manager to spearhead our revenue optimization efforts in a rapidly growing CTE company. In this role, you will help to lead the establishment of a new Revenue Enablement function, blending traditional business intelligence functions with sales operations support to drive data-driven decision-making and maximize revenue growth. In this role, you will have the chance to directly impact the customer experience by developing and delivering engaging educational resources and support, ensuring customers derive maximum value from our products or services. Furthermore, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay at the forefront of industry trends, and play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, making this position both rewarding and dynamic. iCEV is a fast-growing Private Equity owned CTE company offering ample opportunities for personal and professional growth. This role is fully remote and reports to the Director of Revenue Empowerment.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Director of Revenue Empowerment to lead and oversee the Revenue Enablement function, ensuring alignment with the company's revenue goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer success, to identify opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Develop and deliver sales training programs, content, and resources to enhance the capabilities of the sales teams.
- Implement and manage sales technology tools and ensure their effective utilization to support sales objectives.
- Analyze financial data and sales metrics to identify revenue growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights to sales and executive teams.
- Continuously assess and refine revenue processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Abilities: ?
- Have 10+ years of relevant experience including work in some or all of the following: educational technology, customer enablement, adult learning, professional development, or the education industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth.
- Proven ability to operate independently and exhibit strong leadership potential.
- You are continuously seeking to strengthen your knowledge of the education market and are always learning more about the breadth and depth of the sector by keeping a pulse on industry and regional trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s required
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Experience using Salesforce Admin and Enablement Managment platform a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Average travel 1-2 weeks per month
