Revenue Cycle Representative

Job Duties

• Perform follow-ups on on commercial claims for facility billing.
• Reach out to payors and patients to gather information when needed.
• Follow up on claims regularly.
• Communicate with patients about their bills and insurance company policies.
• Verify insurance policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience with claims/billing follow-ups is helpful.
• Previous experience working in collections is helpful.
• Past experience working in Availity or Cerner is helpful.

Work Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM M-F (Training hours may be slightly earlier)
Job Type: Contract and Full-time (40 hrs/wk)
Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
