Overview
As a Client Success Specialist will specialize in Orthopedics Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our healthcare clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our RCM clients, managing their accounts, driving client engagement, and delivering top-notch service.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor and advocate within Jorie Healthcare Partners
- Account Management: Proactively manage a portfolio of RCM client accounts, ensuring the timely and effective delivery of our services.
- Collaborate: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process to the Client Success team. Facilitate the involvement of company personnel, including sales, support, onboarding, operations, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and clients’ expectations.
- Issue Resolution: Address client concerns, inquiries, and issues promptly and effectively, collaborating with internal teams to find solutions.
- Client Feedback: Gather client feedback and insights to drive product improvement and enhancements.
- Client Communications: Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on their account status, share industry insights, and offer best practices.
- Problem Solving: Responding to client inquiries, proactively assessing, clarify, and validate customer needs and requirements on an ongoing basis.
- Renewals and Upselling: Work to renew clients’ contracts and identify opportunities for upselling additional RCM services or solutions.
- Reporting: Providing reports from RCM team to clients and discussing performance, trends and ROI with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Revenue Cycle Management: 2+ years of full Revenue Cycle Management experience.
- Client Support experience: 3+ years of client support experience in a healthcare field
- EMR experience required. eClinical Works, Athena, Centricity, Epic, Meditech.
- Knowledge in Orthopedics' Revenue Cycle Management
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Some travel required to the client in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
