Revenue Cycle Consultant

Looking for Revenue Cycle Consultants for a healthcare client that is committed to building an all inclusive culture where your experience is valued and your voice heard.

The Revenue Cycle Business Consultant supports Revenue Cycle processes that span multiple departments, multiple workflows and systems or supports analytic efforts of the Revenue Cycle through report development, data quality assurance, process mapping and analysis. The position also supports business process improvement efforts including projects to enhance Epic, automation, quality, and efficiency through report writing, analysis, business case development and data validation.

Duration: 6 months + W2

Our client has multiple roles open. We are looking for candidates that have Epic experience with the following modules:

Revenue Cycle - Front-End Consumer Experience

Cadence = scheduling

ADT = grand central, admission, discharge and transfer

Prelude = registration and insurance functions

Revenue Cycle – Middle-End Patient Experience

Revenue Integrity

Charge/ Charge Router

Coding (how it works in EPIC, mechanics - not actual coding)

Revenue Cycle – Back-End Customer Experience

Revenue Cycle Business Process Consultant – Denials

Strictly Denials Focused - finding interventions to prevent denials

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience within the healthcare setting and experience with system design, process workflow design or business/systems consulting.
• Epic experience preferred (Revenue Cycle experience) - certification is a bonus.
• Experience with large, diverse projects including planning, facilitating, and implementation
• Past experience working with Epic platform
• Can show excellence in communication with Revenue Cycle leaders and executive, such as VPs and CFO
• Revenue Process Support, Workflows and Systems
• Primary liaison to various internal and external user groups in terms of Revenue Cycle data reporting and analysis. Assist Revenue Cycle leadership, management, and staff in analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data and information to various parties.
• Develop business case analysis to support process optimization and change.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• High School Diploma / GED Required

Licenses and Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt - LSSGB - American Society for Quality - - Preferred
• EPIC certification - EPIC - - Preferred

Pay: $52.00 - $58.00 per hour
