Position Summary
CVS Health, Specialty Pharmacy, a mail service pharmacy in the Monroeville area, has an opportunity available for a full-time Coordinator, Revenue Cycle.

The Coordinator, Revenue Cycle will ensure timely and accurate handling of credits internally and with vendors while demonstrating excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Shift: 8:00AM-4:30PM EST
• Work daily/weekly credit reports
• Use of Excel to reconcile accounts, tasks such as data sorting and filtering, copy/paste large data volumes into established templates, deleting data, moving files between folders, renaming files, V-Lookup
• Validate and analyze data
• Review and respond to questions regarding open or closed credit balances
• Identify outliers
• Perform other vendor related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in Account Reconciliation work
• 1+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Office, emphasis on Excel
• Must reside within a 1 hour commute from the Monroeville, PA office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service in healthcare environment.
• Experience working with a healthcare reimbursement system preferred.
• Ability to communicate with clientele in a professional manner; both verbally and written.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to utilize analytical skills.
• Effective customer service skills and experience that shows ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience in MS Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word

Education

• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
