SalaryResponsibilities:
- Prepare general ledger (GL) account reconciliation report and reconciles and clears balances for assigned accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare monthly sales variance analysis and explains major sales fluctuations for assigned properties.
- Work closely with Revenue Accounting and Land Analyst setting up new wells/joint interest owners.
- Process and post unapplied cash and apply revenue checks.
- Process and report royalty payments to the state.
- Scan, index revenue checks, prepare and post monthly journals.
- Record sales for the company, for highly complicated assigned fields.
- Prepare AR reconciliation report and resolve outstanding balances for assigned properties.
- RRC and OOC production PR and State compliance reporting and sales production reconciliation.
- Set up remitters for CDEX Complete.
- Run monthly journal audit reports for the dept for SOX control.
- Keeping information confidential, protecting company assets including intellectual property.
- MUST HAVE strong experience with Bolo- reports and expense point integration- Expense reporting and configuration.
- Review cash application by property and purchaser on a monthly basis.
