Role Overview:

We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Retreat and commubury Manager to lead our retreat center in Austin, Texas. The role demands a hands-on approach in client support, operational management, program scheduling, and community building, with a focus on integrating therapeutic practices & space holding for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients individually at the retreat center, providing tailored support, coaching and guidance.

- Manage all operational facets of the retreat center, ensuring smooth client experiences.

- Design and implement a diverse program schedule, including therapeutic classes and community activities.

- Collaborate with team members and facilitators around austin to enhance the overall integration program, ensuring a thriving community program.

- Efficiently coordinate room turnovers, welcome and exit ceremonies, emphasizing client care.

- Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive thriving community environment, focusing on wellness and healing.

- Oversee nighttime operations, maintaining guest safety and center security.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong background in retreat management, hospitality, or related sectors.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for engaging with diverse groups.

- Experience in program development, especially in wellness or therapeutic contexts.

- Familiarity with psychedelic therapy and healing practices is highly advantageous.

- Independent and reliable, capable of managing nighttime responsibilities.

- Understanding of facility maintenance and emergency protocols.

- Committed to promoting wellness, personal development, and community harmony.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.71 - $29.76 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
