Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures to improve store operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and budgeting
- Utilize math skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail management role
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Knowledge of inventory management techniques
- Proficient in math calculations for sales analysis and budgeting purposes
- Familiarity with market trends and competitor activities in the retail industry
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
