Position: Retail Associate – Bruder Parts Retail Shop

Key Responsibilities:
- Interact and assist our valued customers in the retail shop and online, providing top-notch service and toy recommendations.
- Manage sales transactions, process and track internet orders, and keep our product inventory and content fresh and engaging.
- Dive into the world of social media, answering queries and sharing the magic of Bruder toys with our online community. (Rarely)
- Play a vital role in backend operations, from handling orders and payments to ensuring our retail space is welcoming and well-organized.
- Process wholesale sales orders. (As needed)
- Taking orders over the phone
Resolving customer problems
Updating website with content and inventory
Answering customer emails
Printing and filing hard copies of orders
Importing orders into accounting software, reconcile incoming payments daily.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
