Role Description:
We have openings for a full time Labor and Employment or Litigation Attorney. The Attorney will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to litigation And Employment law, including conducting research, drafting motions, and representing clients in litigation. While this role is primarily located in Phoenix, AZ, there is flexibility for some remote work in Arizona.
Qualifications:

• Strong background in law, preferably with a focus on Litigation or Labor and Employment Law
• Experience in handling Employment and Commercial Litigation cases
• Proficiency in conducting legal research and drafting motions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Admission to the State Bar of Arizona or eligibility for admission
• Experience working with employers and knowledge of HR practices is a plus
