We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our Retail Store. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos
- Assist customers with purchases, including processing transactions through the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Stay up-to-date on the latest product knowledge and industry trends
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales floor
- Experience in stock management to ensure inventory levels are maintained
- Knowledge of jewelry sales to assist customers with jewelry purchases
- Excellent phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries over the phone
- Proven sales skills to drive revenue and meet sales targets
- Ability to provide product demos to showcase product features
- Experience in wireless or electronics sales is a plus
- Proficiency in using POS systems for processing transactions

Pay: $15.45 - $17.21 per hour
