YOUR ROLE
As a Store Associate, you bring Our brand to life! You are the face of the brand and proud of it. This is done by engaging and providing Guests with an Entertaining and Educational experience.
YOUR RESPONSIBILIITES:
- You’re passionate about learning products: You are excited to suggest products to fit each customer’s unique needs and drive store results through add-on selling and customer outreach.
- You’re a people person: You create an exceptional in-store experience, engaging customers through product awareness and team selling.
- You're a merchandising and operational innovator: You execute and innovate daily operational procedures, support the team in maintaining visual standards, and ensure the store is always an organized and inviting environment for the customer.
- You’ve got integrity: You are reliable, uphold core values, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Supports the Las Vegas Mission by Creating Entertaining Moments for Guests of all Ages
- Performs cash wrap and mobile POS duties in an efficient and timely manner while maintaining a high level of Guest Service
- Receives product for tagging and stocking of stores
- Connects with Guests by asking open-ended questions to assess Guest needs and make appropriate suggestions
- Assists Guests in finding solutions that best meet their needs while leveraging all available resources including other Ambassadors
- Consistently treats all Guests and other Ambassadors with respect and contributes to a positive work environment
- Takes a proactive role in maintaining the Las Vegas brand standard in Guest engagement, visual and housekeeping
- Operational tasks based on the needs of the business
- Upholds all company policies as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures, Employee Policy Manual, and Code of Business Conduct
- Promotes and maintains a safe working and shopping environment
- Retail/ Service experience preferred and ability to demonstrate guest-focused solid engagement on and off the sales floor
- Demonstrated success working as a member of a team
- Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate
- Must maintain a professional appearance and meet grooming guidelines
Basic Qualifications
- MUST be able to PASS a BACKGROUND SCREENING
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or related positions preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal skills required. Professionalism required.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete tasks on time. Excellent problem-solving skills are essential; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Must be able to work as a team player with other departments within the company.
- The job may require lifting boxes that weigh up to 40lbs. and climbing a ladder
- Available to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business including overnights, evenings, holidays, weekends, and call-in shifts (if permitted)
- Must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred but not necessary Qualifications
- Previous experience in specialty retail or service industry
