General Responsibilities:
- Execution of Product / Marketing / Merchandising initiatives at Store level
- Demonstrate professionalism in all company activities and interactions with external companies
- Build an engaging and positive working relationship with the Ops team

Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate an understanding of the Marketing/Merchandising techniques and initiatives to create an effective presentation and maximum the return on investment
- Participation and execution of the weekly/monthly/quarterly promotional plan
- Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly merchandising plan
- Manage store compliance in multiple retail visions i.e. merchandising, pricing, schematics, signage, marketing programs, etc.
- Act as a liaison between the stores, vendors and the merchandising/marketing department
- Collaborate with the team to ensure stores are stocked appropriately to help drive sales
- Assist with achieving sales and margin goals; in addition to maintaining WOS (Weeks of Supply) goals
- Interact with operations and vendors with timely communication and follow through on agreed upon programs and promotions
- Create store resets in order to maximize store presentation, margin, and sales
- Make recommendations on promotional and operational tactics to increase sales and margin
- Support and enhance the EDI process with Operations/Vendors/BI Analyst
- Manage special projects as assigned
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feet; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Occasionally required to lift up to 50lbs also the employee is frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance. The vision requirements
include: peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.
Experience and Requirements:
- College degree preferred and /or 5+ years of experience
- Strong financial analysis, communication and leadership skills
- Ability to make decisions based on the needs of the business
- Ensures store compliance; action-oriented
- Travel 40-50%
