Retail Shift Leader

“Just Walk Out Technology” POWERED BY AMAZON. We are currently searching for a shift lead opener. The shift lead opener will start working at 3:30 AM to 12 PM. We will also have a 12 PM to 8 PM Shift lead closer.

This is a technology based store. We are looking for someone to greet, assist, and guide customers through the process. Prefer a candidate who has worked with some type of technology based store or related. Familiar with Amazon self-check-out stores? It is a swift and speedy checkout process where customers simply scan c.c., shop, and JUST WALK OUT. We require you to pass a background check and have a valid two forms of ID for badging at the airport.

Some duties can and may include:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees during assigned shifts
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Ensure proper inventory control and accurate record-keeping
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization

- Stocking and merchandising
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Assist with scheduling and managing employee timecards
- Collaborate with management to achieve sales goals and targets

Skills:
- Strong math skills for cash handling, inventory control, and retail math calculations
- Proven ability to effectively supervise and lead a team
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficient in training development and conducting employee training sessions
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and practices
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $20.01 per hour
