Retail Salesperson

Job description

We are seeking an energetic, dependable retail sales associates to join our team.

BERGIO is a designer Jewelry boutique that carries fine and fashion jewelry and accessories. You will directly assist customers, process transactions, help merchandise the sales floor, and play a vital role in making our retail experience a positive one. Top notch customer service skills are a must, as it is ability to learn product knowledge quickly.

-Welcome and greet customers as they enter the store

-Offer help and provide direct assistance to customers

-Provide product knowledge including features, benefits, and overall value

-Answer customer questions and concerns

-Attend to unique and individual shopping needs of each customer

-Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner (if needed)

-Report anything unusual, or any major incidents to management

-Help organize back stock and perform inventory counts

-Process newly receive shipments

-Organize and replenish front stock and help merchandise store

-Maintain a clean and tidy work in retail space

-Help create a positive environment in which to shop

-high energy, friendly personality

-Go the extra mile to drive sales

-Excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

-Follow and achieve stores sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

-Team up with coworkers to ensure proper customer service

-Be a team player

-Comply with inventory control procedures

-Availability to work flexible shifts

-Ok with working weekends and holidays

High school diploma required

3+ years of retail experience is required

Jewelry sales background preferred

Schedule:

• Holidays
• On call

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
