Simply Detailed has been in business for 15 years and growing, we are a fashion forward women’s boutique located in the Gruene Historic District. Our mission is to create classy and confident women, one outfit at a time. We pride ourselves in offering supreme service to all of our customers which allows us to stand out from the rest.

We are seeking enthusiastic and fashion conscious, organized individuals to join our Sales Team at a busy boutique in New Braunfels. As a Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our exclusive fashion and accessories.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and create a welcoming atmosphere in the boutique.
• Assist customers in finding the perfect outfit or accessories based on their style preferences and needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to our customers.
• Foster strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Maintain the visual appearance of the boutique, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and shelves are stocked.
• Collaborate with management and the Sales Team to achieve overall sales objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Stay informed about upcoming promotions, events, and new product arrivals to effectively communicate and engage customers.

Requirements:

• Previous Retail Sales experience preferred, specifically in a boutique or fashion-forward environment.
• A passion for fashion and a keen eye for trendy styles.
• Classy and confident demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Proficiency in using a POS system and handling cash transactions with accuracy.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain the boutique’s visual standards.
• Team player with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
