We are a hip, fun, established men’s & women’s apparel & accessories boutique in the heart of downtown Asheville. We are looking for energetic, well-dressed individuals with friendly faces that love working in retail. We are currently hiring full and part-time Retail Sales Associates/key holders. We offer paid parking, paid training, a hefty employee discount as well as a 401K plan with matching after approximately 1 year of employment. Previous retail experience is required along with a high school diploma. Merchandising and Shopify skills are a plus. Weekend availability is necessary. We are looking for candidates that are looking to join our company for at least 1 year.
The primary responsibilities of Sales Associate / Keyholder within our boutique consist of:
- Greeting & assisting guests
- Assisting the store manager with merchandising
- Receiving and processing new merchandise
- Maintaining consistent cleanliness and organization of the store
