Retail Sales Associate

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Recommend additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's purchase
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in technical sales, Retail Sales, or electronics sales is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts or promotions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
- Proficiency in using POS systems is an asset
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 38 per week
