SalaryWe are currently seeking Sales Associates to join our retail store at Tanger Outlet Pooler GA.
We are a unique, fast paced retail store.
We are only seeking energetic team players with a positive attitude, and bubbly personality. In addition to that; all applicants must have great communication skills, in person sales skills, and self starting skills.
Position Responsibilities
· Greet and serve customers in a welcoming manner, respond to questions about products and practices.
· Be punctual, dependable, compassionate, and open minded.
· Drives sales through engagement of customers, cross selling, and sharing product knowledge.
· Ring up in-store sales, fulfill online website and customer pick-up orders.
· Receive tasks from shift leader(s), participate in cleanliness and side-duties of the store.
· Assist with inventory, including receiving, crafting, and stocking merchandise.
· Assist in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor.
Pay Structure
New hires initially earn up to $11/hr. This covers your training and grace period, which is the first month of your employment. After the completion of grace period, associates earn up to $12 per hour.
Qualifying candidates will be invited to an in-store interview.
