SalaryWe opened our doors in November 2023, and we've had a very successful first few months and anticipate a busy summer. Since we are a high-end women's boutique we're looking for someone with Retail Sales and styling experience. We are a very small team so reliability is very important to us.
The schedule we're looking for would be Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, and Sun from 10 am to 6 pm.
Retail Sales Associate
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively upsell and promote products
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Previous experience in sales is required
