Retail Sales Associate

Duties:

- Engage with customers to provide a positive shopping experience
- Utilize excellent communication skills to understand customer needs and recommend products
- Conduct sales transactions, handle cash, and process payments accurately
- Demonstrate product features through effective product demos
- Maintain stock levels and organize displays to enhance the shopping experience
- Provide assistance with quinceanera dress sales, wedding dress sales, and prom dress sales

Experience:

- Previous experience in Retail Sales or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and transactions
- Familiarity with technology products for effective sales
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
- Experience in dress sales is a plus
