We have an exciting new opportunity for a Retail Sales Associate in our Sales Department. We’re a small team of casual people who love aviation, outdoor activities, Alaska, and we are looking to add another member to out outdoor enthusiast team!

Responsibilities for the position include:

• Providing professional and positive service to all customers.
• Greet visitors in our retail showroom and assist them in finding the perfect product match for their outdoor adventures
• Create a custom experience for customers by recommending quality products that best suit their desires
• Learn all of the merchandise to better guide customers with any questions they may have
• Be able to complete point of sale transactions and navigate electronic inventory/sales platforms
• Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone calls providing general and detailed explanations/information in clear, easy to understand language to customers. You will also transfer calls to the appropriate department, if applicable.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Passion for improving the quality of customers outdoor adventures
• Exceptional active listening and communication skills
• Positive and engaging personality
• Previous Retail Sales experience
• Experience in aviation related field preferred
