As a Retail Sales Associate at Eataly in the vibrant Park MGM, you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional service and Italian luxury to our valued customers. From guiding guests to discover their favorite products to driving sales and upholding a welcoming ambiance, you'll guarantee that every visit to our shop is memorable. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Engage guests with exceptional service, creating memorable moments
Assist guests efficiently, maintain a tidy and safe shopping environment, and ensure products are readily available, enhancing the ease of shopping
Take ownership of the guest experience, actively seeking feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement
Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing a POS system and cash handling
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Someone with previous experience in the retail industry
Takes pride in their work, can multitask, and describes themselves as detail-oriented
Collaborate effectively with teammates, clients, and external stakeholders by using clear and effective written and spoken communication
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
At least six (6) months of previous Retail Sales experience to include cash handling
Ability to work varied shifts to include graveyard/swing shifts, as well as weekends and holidays
Alcohol Awareness Card and Food Handler Card
