The successful candidate will be paid hourly with commissions plus a bonus. There is an opportunity for advancement. We are looking to hire an employee who is Dependable, has flexibility in their schedule and is available to work weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and support the high-quality Red Wing brand image.
- Enter customer information and sales into POS, process payments.
- Measure and fit every customer properly.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications.
- Suggest appropriate accessories with every footwear purchase.
- Take pride and responsibility for overall store and personal appearance.
- Enthusiasm to provide the highest level of customer service.
- Assists in the completion of daily projects while keeping the focus on customer experience.
Education/Experience/Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year Minimum of retail experience or customer service desired.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to perform additional duties as required.
- Basic Math and Computer Skills needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
Weekly day range:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
