• Effective at balancing customer needs with performance goals.
• Preferred: Minimum of 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will develop proficiency in serving and selling to our customers, providing them with a world-class experience and building loyalty by:

• Assisting customers seamlessly throughout their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
• Understanding individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.
• Offering personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including cutting-edge accessories and IoT devices.
• Approaching service and sales with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Utilizing digital tools to showcase our expanding coverage, T-Mobile plans, and services that empower customers to stay connected and live unlimited.
• Completing training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, acquiring new skills, and staying updated on systems and reference resources.
• Actively seeking information about wireless innovations and technology to enhance your knowledge.
• Building relationships and collaborating with T-Mobile employees across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience, resolve issues, identify small business leads, and support team initiatives.
