Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, you will work one on one with families to help select the monument or marker they would like for their loved one. You will work with the family from day one and through the installation of the monument or marker to ensure their satisfaction with the completed product.

Day-to-Day Tasks Include:

- Lead appointments by guiding families through the various granite or bronze options, sizes, colors, and finishes available for their purchase

- Assist families in choosing artwork, pictures, lettering, or emblems that may be a part of the monument or marker

- Follow up with current and prospective clients

- Work with cemeteries to make sure appropriate documentation is in order for the customer

Candidate should be a people person with a welcoming and happy disposition. Candidate should be dependable and also able to handle stressful situations calmly. Must have a patient, calm, and compassionate demeanor, with the desire to help during a challenging time. Must be knowledgeable with computers, detail oriented, and willing to learn.

We are looking for someone who can offer exceptional customer service and genuine care for their customers needs. Previous retail or office management experience is preferred but not required. This is a great role for someone looking for a unique industry that focuses on service and compassion rather than high pressure sales.

Position Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Saturday: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year plus

Additional Compensation: 5% Commission

Experience: Sales experience or office management experience preferred
