As a Sales Representative within Gluska Inc. and its respective brands, particularly Green Planet USA, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our wellness brands. You'll serve as the face of our brand, engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that will enhance their wellness journey. Your passion for wellness coupled with your sales abilities will significantly contribute to our mission of promoting health and well-being. Upon joining our team, you'll receive comprehensive training on operational procedures, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies specific to Green Planet USA.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of Green Planet USA's wellness product lines.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through customer interactions and meaningful conversations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on product benefits and usage.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by your store manager.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide valuable customer feedback to help shape future product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Adhere to company rules, regulations, and duties outlined in the employee handbook.
- Represent Green Planet USA professionally by arriving on time, dressing appropriately, and delivering product knowledge effectively.
Expectations:
- Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy.
- Take a proactive approach to sales by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
- Communicate product information and benefits clearly to customers.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to achieve company objectives.
Chain of Command:
Sales Representatives report directly to the Store Manager of Green Planet USA outlets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in wellness, retail, or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.
- Passion for wellness and natural healing solutions.
- Experience with Point-of-Sales systems.
- High School Diploma.
- Reliable transportation.
