Purpose:
To make an effective contribution to the Retail Sales team objectives through efficient, professional, and accurate sales and support service in the Two Moody kiosk with a strong focus on customer care and an interest in product knowledge.
Position Summary:
Under close supervision, promote the company’s products and services through excellent customer service. Welcome customers, be an expert in our products and services, be a Two Moody ambassador and wear Two Moody style clothing in support of the brand, answer customers questions, and ensure customers have a pleasant shopping experience.
Essential Duties:
1. Welcomes customers into the kiosk.
2. Provides the highest quality of service to customers at all times.
3. Operates the POS register/system, receives payments of cash and charges from customers or employees for goods and services, making change and issuing receipts to customers, and resolve return issues.
4. Responsible for accurate ring of sale items and/or accurate barcode scan.
5. Maintains proper security of cash at all times.
6. Understands and follows cash handling policies and procedures.
7. Assist in locating, reconciling, and verifying the accuracy of transactions and operating equipment that records and supports non-cash transactions.
8. Promotes special sales and offers both online and in store.
9. Recommends related products to customers.
10. Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
11. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least six (6) months to one (1) year experience in retail or customer service.
- Ability to read and write using the English language.
- Basic Math computation skills (e.g., calculate numbers, count, correct entries, reconcile cash drawer, post records).
- Basic PC (Personal Computer) knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g., cash register, scanners, etc.).
- Flexibility of schedule changes, work duration, and task assignments.
- Availability to work mornings, days, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to work collaboratively with management, employees, customers, vendors, and demonstrate good customer service.
- Customer service skills that include greeting customers in a courteous manner, provide professional responses to questions that relate to the operations of the business, products, and services, etc.

Education Requirements:
High School diploma/GED preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Employee must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance:
- Standing and walking
- Sitting
- Maneuvering in and around the work site
- Bending, kneeling, squatting, stooping, reaching
- Grasping both small and large objects
Work Environment:
Most work is performed indoors in a retail/kiosk setting with exposure to various background noise, which includes, customers, music, and others working.
